Dr. Hammerly and Associates is a recognized leader in providing quality ABA/IBI Therapy and psychological services to children with Autism, ADHD, and/or ADD in Columbus, Delaware, and Licking County. We also provide behavioral health services to clients with other mental health illnesses and developmental disabilities on a case by case basis. Our reputation has been built by offering timely, one-on-one services to families in their home, in order to teach their child or young adult the necessary life skills, social skills, academic skills, and communication skills to overcome the obstacles in their daily life. We are fully committed to supporting families affected by Autism, ADHD, or ADD, so their child or young adult can have a meaningful and independent life at home and in their community.
We are able to provide many different types of psychological services, including ABA Therapy, Social Skills Groups, Life Skills Training, and Vocational Skills Training, so we can meet the changing needs of our client from childhood to young adulthood. We are an Approved Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities Provider and Autism Scholarship Provider.
Our psychological services are based on well-researched, solid ABA Therapy and behavior modification principles but they are implemented in a way that meets the child where they are now and grows with the needs of the child as he or she matures. Our Staff includes 3 Licensed Psychologists, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and 2 ABA Consultants.
We believe very strongly that it is important to work with the whole family, in order to; help a child or young adult achieve his or her goal of leading a full, independent life at home, at school, at work, and in the community. We want children to grow up knowing how to take care of themselves and how to develop healthy give-and-take relationships with others.
We also believe in educating the community by providing training and resources on how to better support people affected by Autism.
